Πώς λειτουργεί
FFmpeg decodes the H.264 video from the F4V container and re-encodes it using the libtheora encoder. Theora uses block-based DCT compression similar to H.263 but without patented techniques. Audio is re-encoded using libvorbis. The OGV container uses Ogg page framing with theoraenc and vorbisenc as the muxed streams. Quality can be set via a target bitrate or Theora's quality parameter (0-10, default 7). The encoder supports up to 1080p but is most efficient at 480p-720p.
