Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with ConvertIntoMP4. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer straightforward refunds with no complicated processes. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our website at convertintomp4.com/pricing.

Monthly Plans (Pro & Business)

All monthly subscription plans come with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent payment.

  • Eligibility: The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
  • Scope: Only the most recent monthly payment is refundable. Prior months are not eligible.
  • Account status: Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately. Any files currently in processing will complete, but no new Pro/Business conversions can be started.

Annual Plans (Pro & Business)

Annual subscriptions also include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. After the 14-day window, prorated refunds are available:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund of the annual payment.
  • After 14 days: Prorated refund based on the number of unused full months remaining in your billing cycle. For example, if you purchased an annual plan and request a refund after 3 months, you will receive a refund for the remaining 9 months minus a 10% processing fee.
  • After 6 months: No refund is available for annual plans past the 6-month mark. You may cancel to prevent renewal, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost and therefore no refund is applicable. If you are on the Free tier and experience issues, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve them.

API Credits

API credits purchased on the pay-per-credit plan are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits within the first 14 days of purchase may be refunded upon request. Bulk credit purchases over $100 may be eligible for prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge you wish to refund
  • Your plan type (Pro, Business, or API)
  • (Optional) The reason for your refund request — this helps us improve the Service

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via DodoPayments, our payment processor, back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Policy violation: Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Repeated abuse: Users who have previously received a refund and re-subscribe solely to obtain another refund may be denied.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
