Как это работает
FFmpeg demuxes the FLV container, decodes the audio to PCM, and re-encodes using the ALAC encoder into an M4A container (MPEG-4 Part 14 with Apple Lossless audio). ALAC uses adaptive linear prediction and entropy coding (modified Rice coding) to achieve lossless compression. Output supports up to 32-bit depth and 384 kHz sample rate, though FLV sources are typically 16-bit/44.1 kHz.

ALAC is mathematically lossless — the decoded output is bit-for-bit identical to the input PCM. The only quality limitation is the FLV source itself. If the original audio was MP3 at 128 kbps, the ALAC output will perfectly preserve that decoded audio, artifacts and all, without adding any further degradation.
