The main limitations involve complex Visio features: data-linked shapes (database connections), custom stencils with complex behavior, embedded OLE objects, and multi-page drawings with cross-page hyperlinks may simplify in conversion. For standard flowcharts, org charts, and network diagrams, the PDF output is a faithful representation of the Visio original.
