The output is wrapped in an MP4 container with the moov atom placed at the start (faststart) for instant playback on Android. Aspect ratios are preserved with padding if necessary.
720p H.264 at 2-4 Mbps looks excellent on phone screens up to 6.5 inches. Unless the source ASF was recorded at very high quality (1080p+ WMV at 8+ Mbps), the Android preset produces visually transparent results on mobile screens. Audio at 128 kbps AAC is transparent for most content.
