Πώς λειτουργεί
FFmpeg extracts audio from the 3GP container, decodes AMR or AAC to PCM, and re-encodes using libvorbis into an OGG container. Vorbis quality is controlled by the quality parameter (q0-q10, where q5 is roughly 160 kbps VBR). The OGG container supports Vorbis comment metadata for tags.
