On the iPhone's 6.1-6.7 inch display, 1080p H.264 at 4-6 Mbps is visually indistinguishable from higher bitrates. The OLED screen's contrast ratio masks minor compression artifacts. Audio at 192 kbps AAC sounds excellent through both the phone speaker and AirPods.
