WTV (Windows TV) is Microsoft's DVR recording format introduced with Windows Media Center in Windows Vista (2007), replacing the older DVR-MS format. WTV files contain MPEG-2 or H.264 video with AC3 or AAC audio, plus rich EPG metadata including program title, description, channel name, recording time, and content ratings. The format uses an NTFS-like internal structure with multiple multiplexed streams. 3GP is the 3GPP mobile multimedia container designed for feature phones and low-bandwidth cellular networks.
