FFmpeg extracts the audio from the MPEG container and encodes it with libvorbis. The command uses `-vn -acodec libvorbis -q:a 6 -ar 44100 -ac 2`. Quality levels range from -1 (lowest, ~45 kbps) to 10 (highest, ~500 kbps), with quality 6 (~192 kbps) being a popular default. VBR encoding is always used — Vorbis does not support true CBR.
