工作原理
Ghostscript rasterizes the EPS PostScript code at the specified DPI with anti-aliasing. The rendered pixel buffer is written into a PSD file with a single Background layer. The PSD output supports 8-bit or 16-bit per channel depth. CMYK EPS files can optionally be rasterized in CMYK mode for the PSD. Transparency outside the EPS artwork is preserved in the PSD's alpha channel. ImageMagick handles the final PSD encoding with proper Photoshop-compatible layer structure.

The rasterized output quality depends on the DPI setting. At 300 DPI, vector curves and text are rendered with excellent smoothness. The PSD stores the rasterized data without additional compression, so no quality is lost in the PSD format itself. The only quality consideration is the one-time rasterization from vector to pixel -- once rasterized, the image cannot be scaled up without quality loss.
