仕組み
FFmpeg decodes the M4A's AAC or ALAC audio and encodes to Vorbis inside an OGG container with an .ogv extension. The OGG container is identical whether the extension is .ogg or .ogv — the extension merely signals expected content type. For a proper OGV with video, a static image can be encoded as a Theora video stream alongside the Vorbis audio.
