仕組み

FFmpeg reads the TS container and identifies all audio elementary streams via PID filtering. The selected audio track — whether MPEG-2 Audio Layer II (common in DVB), AC3 (ATSC), or existing AAC — is decoded to PCM, then re-encoded using the AAC-LC encoder at the chosen bitrate (128-320 kbps). If the source is already AAC, stream copying is used to avoid generation loss. Sample rate is preserved at the original value (typically 48 kHz for broadcast audio).
