If it plays well, you may not need to. The preset is most valuable when distributing to multiple iPad models, when the source uses non-H.264 codecs, or when you want to optimize battery life for offline viewing.

The preset outputs at 30 or 60 fps. 120 fps output is not supported because iOS video playback caps at 60 fps for file-based content. ProMotion is for UI rendering.

Soft subtitles in SRT format can be included as a separate track. The MP4 container supports CEA-608 and tx3g subtitle formats compatible with iPad's native player.
