Refund Policy

No Refunds — Try the Free Tier First
ConvertIntoMP4 does not issue refunds on any paid plan or purchase. To make sure you don't pay for something you don't want, our Free tier is generous: 20 conversions per day, every format and tool we offer, no credit card required. Test the service end-to-end on Free before upgrading.
By upgrading to a paid plan or purchasing API credits, you confirm you've evaluated the service on the Free tier and accept the no-refund policy.
Cancel Anytime — Stops Future Billing
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard via the Manage Subscription button. What cancellation does:
- Stops the next renewal charge— you won't be billed again.
- Keeps your paid features activeuntil the end of the current billing period you've already paid for.
- Downgrades to the Free tier automatically after the current period ends. Your account, conversion history, and saved presets are preserved.
- Does not refund the current period.The amount you've already paid is retained as agreed at purchase.
API Credits
API credits are non-refundable once purchased, used or unused. Each API request consumes credits at the moment the conversion job starts. Failed conversions caused by our infrastructure (engine errors, system downtime) automatically refund the consumed credits to your balance — that's an automatic operational refund, not a billing refund.
Free Tier
The Free tier is provided at no cost and is the place to evaluate the service. If you experience issues on the Free tier, contact support@convertintomp4.com and we'll do our best to resolve them.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of cancelling via your account dashboard, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and any related accounts. The Free tier is the right path to evaluate the service before any payment.
