By using ConvertIntoMP4, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms occasionally, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service Description
ConvertIntoMP4 provides free and paid online file conversion services. We convert files between various formats including video, audio, image, and document formats. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Convert files you don't have the right to convert
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to mass-download or stress the service
- Convert illegal content (child exploitation material, etc.)
- Infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your files. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process them for conversion purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.
Service Limitations
- Free users: 5 conversions per day, 100MB max file size
- Pro users: Unlimited conversions, 2GB max file size
- Files are stored for a maximum of 2 hours
- We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for abuse
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that the service will be available at all times, or that converted files will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertIntoMP4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
